Position : Bomgar System Administrator Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 1 year Primary Skills : Bomgar, Windows Active Directory 2012/2016,SCCM, SCOM, DNS and DHCP Description : Resource needs to support the Bomgar application currently in use with Client to provide support for their end users. The Bomgar application has many features and abilities that Client is not able to take advantage of due to workload demands and skillset. This request is for an experienced Bomgar administrator to provide support of the application and help clienttp grow the Bomgar environment and take advantage of it''s many features. This application is critical to many support areas in DOT including the DOT Helpdesk, SAP support, Client Services, Operations, and Integration. Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Support, guidance and leadership in the usage and support of the Bomgar Remote Support environment 2. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program 3. Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc. Responsibilities : 5 yrs of Knowledge of Bomgar Remote Support administration. 5 yrs of Knowledge of Windows Active Directory 2012 and/or 2016 administration. 5 yrs of Knowledge of the following Microsoft products; SCCM, SCOM, DNS and DHCP administration.
